Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes): $140.00 - S180.00
Couples Therapy Session (50-60 minutes): $160.00 - $180.00
Payment in full is required at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made with Elevate Mental Health.
Elevate Mental Health is an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully prior to the initial session by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Elevate Mental Health provides clients with a statement of services (also known as ‘superbill’) upon request, which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Elevate Mental Health does not directly bill insurance companies.
Reduced fee services are currently unavailable. If you are in search of lower fee services please feel free to contact us and we can refer you to additional providers within Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. The California Lutheran University Community Counseling Centers offer low cost services in both the Oxnard and Westlake Village locations. Find more information at here.
Cash, check, all major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted for payment at the beginning of each session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
